Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We offer free shipping and return in Denmark when order more than 499DKK. For shipping to other EU countries, shipping fee varies from 10-20 EUR depending where you live. Return: We have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of any item that not in its original condition, has been damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error of ours.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
